- Call-24 is easy to use. The system will prompt you via recorded instructions from the very start. Simply listen carefully and enter the required information.
- You can make a selection at any time. You do not have to listen to all your choices
- You always have the option to cancel a transaction before you finish it.

- Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) should remain secret. You can change it at any time.
- If you want to move out of a section, press * at any time and you'll go back to the previous level of the system. You can go back as far as the main menu and start over again, if you want.
